AFEI delegation participated in the meeting that highlighted the expected role of the private sector in leading the Arab economic cooperation through the federations, and introduced the suggestion of the general secretariat of CAEU to structure the Arab Federations into /5/ divisions.
AFEI regional office in Cairo introduced its proposal to operationalize the Arab Fund for SMEs through supporting the existing SMEs in the Arab countries that are suffering only from shortage in the working capital.
Participants stressed the need for CAEU to focus on simplifying the procedures, and modernizing the legislations that govern companies, as well as providing mobility for Arab businessmen and investors across the Arab countries.
